My goal is simple: help you sell for the highest possible price, on the best possible terms, with the least amount of stress.

I begin with a thorough Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine an optimal pricing strategy based on current market conditions and recent comparable sales. From there, I provide staging guidance and recommendations for repairs or improvements that can enhance buyer appeal and marketability.

Your property will receive broad exposure through the MLS, major real estate websites, targeted online marketing, social media, and professional media designed to showcase your home at its best.

Buyer Representation As your Buyer’s Representative, I make the home search and purchase process far more efficient and less stressful than trying to navigate it alone.

I help you evaluate your purchasing power, obtain a solid loan preapproval, prioritize must-have features, and analyze market value for homes you’re considering. I also review seller disclosures, inspection reports, and other critical documents — including information often accessible only through the MLS agent portal.

Rather than wasting your time on unsuitable properties, I help identify and focus on homes that truly match your needs, budget, and goals.

Once you find the right property, I prepare a strategic offer based on comparable sales and current market conditions, then negotiate aggressively on your behalf to secure the most favorable price and terms.

For buyers,
there is no upfront cost for my services. I am compensated only upon the successful closing of your purchase. Our compensation arrangement will always be clearly outlined in our Buyer Representation Agreement.

If paying a buyer’s agent fee out of pocket at closing would create financial strain — as is often the case when buyers need most of their available cash for down payment and closing costs — our strategy will include negotiating for the seller to cover some or all of that fee, which remains common in many transactions despite recent industry changes following the NAR settlement.

In most cases, my brokerage will also provide a buyer credit toward that compensation, further reducing your out-of-pocket costs.
